Specific deliverables, working arrangements, response expectations, confidentiality requirements, pricing, and responsibilities may be governed by a separate client agreement or written confirmation.

Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the separate agreement will apply to the relevant service relationship.

Submitting an application to join the VirtualServe Africa talent community does not guarantee acceptance, an interview, placement with a client, employment, or paid work.

Applications may be reviewed based on current and future client requirements, professional background, skills, experience, communication ability, availability, and other factors relevant to a particular opportunity.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that information provided in their application and CV is accurate and does not intentionally misrepresent qualifications or experience.

Participation in the VirtualServe Africa affiliate program may allow approved affiliates to use a unique referral code or link to refer prospective clients.

Creating an affiliate code does not guarantee commissions or payment. Any commission eligibility, payment conditions, qualifying referrals, exclusions, and payout arrangements may be governed by separate affiliate terms or written program rules.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized claims about VirtualServe Africa or its services.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through our website is reasonably accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Information submitted through our forms is also handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
